About Valuo

Last updated: August 2026

Is a stock worth buying today? Valuo answers that in seconds — with the same math legendary investors have used for decades, not a black-box AI score.

What we do

Valuo applies four well-documented, publicly available investing frameworks to any stock ticker: Warren Buffett's discounted cash flow (DCF) valuation, Peter Lynch's PEGY ratio, Benjamin Graham's deep-value formula (the Graham Number), and Phil Town's Rule #1 “sticker price” method. Instead of asking you to build spreadsheets, Valuo runs the numbers and shows you the intrinsic value, buy price, and margin of safety for a stock in a single view.

We built Valuo because most retail investors either pay for opaque premium research or piece formulas together from books and forum posts by hand. Valuo runs the exact calculations transparently, labeled by whose framework produced them, in one place.

Not financial advice

Valuo is an educational and informational tool. Scores, valuations, “buy zones,” and recommendations are outputs of documented formulas applied to historical and current financial data — they are not personalized investment advice, and Valuo is not a registered investment advisor or broker-dealer. Past performance of any framework does not guarantee future results. Always do your own research, and consider consulting a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions. See our full Terms of Service for details.

Where our data comes from

Market prices, financial statements, and company fundamentals are sourced from Financial Modeling Prep (FMP), a third-party financial data provider. Prices may be delayed by up to 15 minutes. Valuo does not independently verify the accuracy or completeness of third-party data.
